Message So I did some more digging on the internet - seems the consensus (from a few sources anyway) is that the booster is just that, a booster alone. Cutting the supply of vacuum does nothing to effect the clutch other than to make the pedal more stiff (like an NA). Some recommend capping it, while others say to use a single hose/check valve and just connect it directly from the plenum to the booster.

I would imagine the latter would work out pretty good, providing vacuum assist while driving around town (when you want a softer pedal the most), and just increasing stiffness when you're on boost and there's no vacuum present. Looks like I'll be giving it a try!

If someone thinks otherwise, please let it be known here! I'd like to know if my theory works before I go through all the trouble :-)
